Aero Contractors Slashes Flight Prices for Christmas Travelers
Budget-Friendly Tickets Starting at N80,000 Across All Routes
Aero Contractors has announced a Christmas initiative to make air travel more affordable for Nigerians. Managing Director Ado Sanusi said, “We have understood the pains Nigerians have been going through because of the economic hardship, the high prices of tickets.”
The airline will offer tickets starting from N80,000 to all destinations, a significant drop from previous prices. “This is in the spirit of giving, which is the spirit of Christmas,” Sanusi said. “We believe it’s time for us to give back to our customers.”
Previously, an economy ticket from Lagos to Abuja cost N99,643, with business class at N189,167. Despite the price cut, Sanusi assured that the company has studied the economic situation and will remain profitable.
“We intend to make it affordable to the flying public,” Sanusi emphasized. “We want to allow families to meet their loved ones during this Christmas season.”
With three aircraft in its fleet, Aero Contractors plans to “continue to be modestly reliable” while challenging other airlines to similarly support their customers during the festive period.
This price reduction comes at a critical time for Nigerians battling severe economic challenges. With inflation rates soaring and purchasing power eroded, the N80,000 ticket price offers a rare opportunity for families to connect during the holidays without breaking the bank.
